The Forum recommends that the Coordinator of the Second International Decade of the World's Indigenous People fully consult with the Forum regarding the preparation of the draft plan of action for the Second Decade

The Coordinator of the Decade fully consulted with the Permanent Forum through its Secretariat in the drafting of the plan of action for the Second Decade which was adopted by the General Assembly on 22 December 2005
